James has gathered experience at multiple tier 1 institutions in a variety of operations with a decade on the sell-side followed by 10 years on the the buy-side
James has over 20 years of experience in operations across the sell-side and buy-side, including ten years at Morgan Stanley where he managed a variety of operational teams and projects primarily in London. James was seconded to the New York office to participate in the production of Morgan Stanley's Global disaster recovery plan.
James joins Trium from LUMX where he covered the Head of Operations role. His other experience on the buy-side includes senior operations roles at JCAM, Decura, and Platinum Capital Management.
