People

At Trium, we know our success is driven by our people. We are proud to attract top talent from a wide range of backgrounds, nationalities, and experiences, believing that a diverse team is our greatest asset in a competitive market. As an equal opportunities employer, we are driven to attract the best talent in a competitive market, fostering an inclusive environment where everyone thrives. Trium is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive environment for

all employees. As a firm we believe it is important that we maintain, support and encourage diversity across all levels and areas of our business. True diversity comes from diversity of experience and diversity of thought, and we recognise that embracing these unique viewpoints benefits everyone; it often creates a more interesting, productive and enriching environment.

Community

At Trium, giving back is integral to our culture, providing our team with valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth. We actively encourage employees to participate in charitable initiatives, from sponsored events to volunteer work, supported by flexible working options that allow them to balance these commitments alongside their Trium roles.

We are also dedicated to expanding opportunities in asset management for young people from diverse backgrounds. To support this mission, Trium proudly participates in initiatives aimed at fostering new talent and paving the way for a more inclusive industry.

Improving Social Mobility in Finance

Launched in 2017, Pathways to Banking and Finance is a pioneering programme that seeks to improve social mobility in banking and finance by providing industry access to high-achieving students from disadvantaged backgrounds and building essential life skills.

By partnering with the Sutton Trust, we are looking to help affect industry-wide change, change the perception of banking and finance, and increase diversity in the workplace.

Building a partnership with the Sutton Trust will enable us to:

Delivering Music Education

Brass for Africa is an award-winning charity that delivers music education with integrated life-skills training to over 1,000 disadvantaged children and young people in Uganda, Liberia and Rwanda.

Working in partnership with over 20 community-based organisations, its local team of teachers are all African and alumni of the programmes themselves. They teach music, and through an integrated life-skills curriculum, nurture transferable skills such as self-confidence, perseverance, concentration and communication.

Preventing and Treating Child Abuse

A global foundation, HFC has a history of strong support from the hedge fund industry (so much so, many refer to it as “Hedge Funds Care”). HFC provides substantial grants to several charities with the remit of effectively preventing and treating child abuse around the world.
