SUMMARY

Overview

The Trium Audax Equity Catalyst Strategy focuses on investing in ‘misfit’ stocks that are often ignored by institutional investors. Companies experiencing significant catalysts such as spin-offs, IPOs, or being passive index orphans, are typically mispriced by large funds that rely on scalable sector-based research. The strategy aims to identify and exploit these inefficiencies, offering potential for high positive asymmetric returns.

Investment Objective

The Strategy aims to make asymmetric returns for investors, investing in the 10% of stocks that do not fit the institutional investment framework and are often overlooked by large institutions that focus on easy-to-scale research.
