Tej has 14 years of experience investing in catalyst-driven equities for leading investors Lighthouse Partners, BlueCrest & Credit Suisse. Tej started his career at Credit Suisse in 2010, trading proprietary strategies focused on passive index mispricing’s. He developed this investment process successfully at BlueCrest Capital before starting Broad Bridge Capital, a catalyst-driven fund with backing from Lighthouse Partners, as CIO in 2016. As well as managing the investment process for the firm, Tej was also responsible for EMEA Equity Capital Markets for Lighthouse Partners. Tej graduated from the London School of Economics with a BSc Economics in 2010. In 2018, he was named in the Forbes ’30 under 30 for Finance’ list.

Élie joined Trium Capital in 2024 as an Analyst, focusing on catalyst-driven equity investing. He is responsible for fundamental research and idea generation across various sectors. Élie has several years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and hedge funds. Before joining Trium, he was an Analyst at Pelham Capital, where he focused on long/short equity investing. Prior to that, he worked at Goldman Sachs in private equity, specialising in large-cap investments, and began his career in investment banking at Gleacher Shacklock. Élie holds an MSc in Management from EDHEC Business School.

Petr joined Trium Silver Blaze in 2024 as an Analyst, focusing on event-driven equities. With over a decade of experience, Petr previously worked on the sell side at Redburn Atlantic as a software analyst, covering US large-cap names. Before that, Petr started his career at Ruffer LLP as a buy-side equity generalist, generating investment ideas across sectors, sizes, and geographies for the Ruffer Equity & General and Ruffer Asia Pacific funds. Petr holds an MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and a BSc in Economics from the University of Economics in Prague.
